GermanFest 2011 will be held September 24, 2011 at 11523 Back Road, Toms Brook, VA, 22660. To arrange in advance for media credentials and avoid any delay when arriving at the event, please return this form to shellygood@hotmail.com or fax it to 540-347-0247.

Also, note the following:
   ·   Please list the names of all your reporters (limit 2-per company).
   ·   Reporters must show a photo ID to claim their media pass, which grants free parking at
        GermanFest. Anyone without proper identification must pay at the gate.
   ·   Media Pass does not include food or beverages. It is for parking only (admission into the
        event is free).
